Where Do We Ship?

We ship our products only within the regions of the Union of India. If you would like to confirm delivery availability in your area, please contact our online helpline numbers and share your location. Our team will verify and let you know if delivery is possible at your city/town.

What Does Shipping Cost?

Shipping of our products is completely free. Installation is also free of cost, except for a few special products that may require professional installation and additional fitting charges.

When Will My Order Arrive?

We usually ship products within a few hours of order placement, but in certain cases, it may take up to 24 hours, depending on your location and/or public holidays. For exact delivery timelines, please call our helpline numbers.

How Do I Track My Order?

Since we do not use third-party couriers, the question of live tracking does not arise. Your order will be delivered directly by our authorized dealers. However, if you wish to know the status of your order, simply contact us and we will provide you with accurate details of your delivery.

Does the Price Include Installation?

Yes, installation is usually free. However, some products may require professional installation that could involve additional fitting charges. Any such charges will be communicated to you in advance.

Returns

If any product is found damaged upon delivery, you must report it to us immediately.

Warranties

  • In case of a product failure under warranty, please contact us immediately. In most circumstances, a replacement battery will be issued right away.

  • Our warranties cover product replacement only and guarantee the product against physical failure for the specified warranty duration.

  • Please note:

    • Flat (discharged) batteries are not covered under warranty.

    • If an alternator or another electrical fault in the vehicle/application drains the battery, this is not covered under warranty.

For detailed warranty terms, kindly refer to the bill/receipt provided at the time of delivery/installation. If a product fails within the warranty period, contact the phone number printed on your bill/receipt.
