Return, Cancellation & Refund Policy
Here at ExpertBatteryWale, we understand that from time to time you may wish to return a product to us. You may have ordered an item in error or you suspect your battery may be faulty, so we have created this cancellation & returns policy to enable you to return products to us in appropriate circumstances.
Returns
Where you have no other legal right to return a product and receive a refund or exchange, you will nonetheless be entitled to return a product to us where:
(a) we receive the returned product within 7 days following the date of purchase of the product;
(b) the returned product is unused, in its original unopened packaging, with any seal or shrink-wrap intact, with labels still attached, and otherwise in a condition enabling us to sell the product as new.
Returns Procedure
To take advantage of your rights under this returns policy, you must arrange for the battery to be sent back to our premises. You can do this yourself using a nationwide courier or we can arrange this for you at a cost of ₹200 (this fee may vary based on your location).

If a product is being returned under warranty/guarantee, this fee will be refunded if the product is deemed faulty and a replacement will be sent free of charge.

If the product is found to be in good working order, the item will be sent back to you and your guarantee will continue from the original date of purchase.
Refunds
We will provide a refund for the full price of any product properly returned by you in accordance with the terms of this returns policy, excluding the costs of returning the product to us, within 7 days of purchase.
Order Cancellation

Since we usually dispatch orders within just a few hours of placement (online or by phone), the cancellation time-frame is very short.

You may cancel your order within 1 hour of purchase or before the product has been dispatched. In this case, no cancellation fee will apply.

If the product has already been dispatched, a cancellation fee of ₹200 + 2% online payment charges (only if the order was prepaid) will be levied. (Fee may vary by location.)
Refund Timeline
Refunds will be processed automatically to your original payment method (credit/debit card, bank, or wallet) within 7–10 business days.
Improper Returns
Where you return a product in contravention of this policy (and where you do not have any other legal right to return the product):
(a) we will not refund or exchange the product;
(b) we may retain the returned product until you pay such additional amount as we may charge for re-delivery;
(c) if the order is cancelled by the customer or the battery is found to be in working condition, a service charge of minimum ₹350 will be applicable;
(d) if your car does not start after replacing the battery, the issue may be related to the starter; in such cases, a service charge will still be applicable.
